International Project Highlights
FLOOD MITIGATION & ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The State Government of Selangor desires to implement an overall scheme for flood mitigation and environmental improvement to the Klang River Basin in Selangor. The design, construction and completion of a network of canals and related flood mitigation infrastructures will interlink the Klang and Kuala Langat Rivers. The creation of a city within the canal surroundings comprising 5439 acres encompassing Mukim Tanjung Dua Belas, Mukim Teluk Panglima Garang and Mukim Bandar is also being planned.
