The Establishment
PERMODALAN NEGERI SELANGOR BERHAD (PNSB) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Selangor state government. PNSB was incorporated on October 15, 1990 under the Company Act 1965, and was fully operational on December 1, 1991. The company's authorised capital is RM100 million whilst its paid-up capital is RM24 million.
PNSB was specially established to take over the commercial projects of The Selangor State Incorporation (SSI), involving a host of diversified activities namely housing and property, tourism, investment, manufacturing and services.
As a company, PNSB strongly believes in balancing profitability with social responsibility, PNSB is assertively assisting in the evolvement of "mesra rakyat" and Caring Government Programme (Kerajaan Prihatin) of Selangor.
Ultimately, PNSB is able and always prepared to offer quality and professional services to all its business associates and clientele.
